  worst place ever!!! My husband and I have insurance through them and long story short we recieved a letter in the mail saying our next payment was going to be $280. normally its $160 thats $120 more then normal. So my husband called them and they said they needed him to sign a paper so they wouldnt charge us the EXTRA $120!!! which seems ridiculous!! So my husband goes in and signs the paper 2 weeks BEFORE OUR PAYMENT IS DUE! well when we checked our account $280 came out!!!! we were pretty upset!! we go into VERN FONK!!! and they lost the PAPER!!!! cant find it anywhere!!! they told my husband he needs to resign a new paper! but there internet was down so they didnt have one for him to sign!!! they said they would email it to him BUT NEVER DID!!!!!!!!!!!!!! so we had to go back in again and the guy claims he did email it but he DIDNT!!!!! so he printed one off and he signed it again!!! my husband then asked when would we be able to get our refund back!!!! he said he would call us on monday and let us know!!! its been over 2 weeks and no call!!! these people are the worst!!! my husband just called today and they said that cant refund us?!?!?!?!?!?!?! and that our next bill will only be $40! WORST SERVICE EVER!!!! I WOULDN'T GIVE THEM ANY STARS IF I COULD!

  Got a E mail that said Our policy was canceled...said No payment was made for Two months.We pay cash every.( This was not True and we have the reciepts of proof).They took a payment off Our Card they had on file and Double charge us.We called and thr man was So rude..He said Well if u didnt make your Payment you get caneled..ughh. and we explain about our payments being on time..He told us..He couldnt do ANYTHIING..." We would" have to call the main Office Our Self...I thought this is what your local ageny was for..not just to just take Your Money..then dont explain There mistakes...Someone Has Our Money..
