  I've been with American Family Insurance for approximately 7 years now. I've always received more than exceptional customer service as well as the most competitive auto and renter's insurance rate. After going through a very rough time with my career and address change, I was informed that I may be responsible for a LARGE SOME of MONEY and an INCREASE in my AUTO PREMIUM due to a lapse in insurance coverage. My lapse in coverage was due to an insufficient fund transfer that took place several months ago (somehow, i overlooked this and screwed myself over) which automatically stops future payments to my account; in case that too kicks back. My fault entirely, and I was unaware that the worst had yet to come because my rate was about to skyrocket. BUT! Thanks to the hard work and around-the-clock thoughtfulness by Chery(sp?) and Jacob Benedict, I have a realistic pay off amount for my previous policy, and still have a great policy premium that meets my needs. This office in particular, bent over backwards to make sure I was taken care of even though it was completely my mistake in the first place. Berti Brodsky started my amazing journey with American Family 7 years ago and set the standard for customer service and professionalism very high. That bar has just been raised, again. Thank you so much!
